– How do shipments work?
De Marco always works to arrange things in the most practical way for our distributors. For this reason, we can arrange for shipment through your trusted courier, or we can use our own and separately charge you the shipping costs, depending on your preference.
– What happens if goods are lost during transport?
De Marco has a specific insurance policy with Allianz, which allows for reimbursal of 70-80% of the merchandise value, except deductible.
– What happens if the merchandise is damaged during transport?
Upon receiving the merchandise, if they notice the boxes aren’t in perfect conditions, customers can accept the shipment “goods unchecked”; in this case, should they be actually damaged, reimbursal is 100%. De Marco will ask for immediate shpping back of the damaged goods from the customer, and immediately substitute the merchandise: costs will later be covered by our insurance.
– Does a distributor have any protection in case a device causes damage to third parties?
De Marco has an insurance with Allianz covering civil liability for these cases, which will reimburse all incurred costs excecpt that of the device itself – which will be provided by De Marco directly.
– What happens if a final user directly contacts De Marco?
De Marco has a very strict and precise policy with such cases: we provide all technical information the customer may require, state the listed price and any current special offers, and ask the customer what distributor they usually buy from – and then we contact the distributor directly, informing them of the customer’s interest. We never go around distributors.
– What delivery times can be expected?
DeMarco ships 92% of all ordered products within the third day from the order date.
